+ What measures do you use for ROI/effectiveness of coaching?
Metrics are based on the company and individual goals. We can include pre, mid, and post self-assessments as part of the process along with other evaluation. ROI is best measured in the workplace, not in the classroom or in a coaching conversation. We will work with the client to determine the best way to measure the impact, and we believe strongly in the exponential value of the return. We strive to keep the metrics simple and focused on the most important outcomes.
