UNITED STATES | Jennifer H.G. Connelly, PCC, is the CEO of Triple W Forum, a personal and leadership development company based in the Chicagoland area. She is also a founding partner at The Soul of Leading Institute (SOLI). Jennifer's energizing and compassionate approach to leadership development has earned the trust of teams and individuals across a diverse array of industries on a global scale. Jennifer possesses a unique blend of corporate, public affairs, marketing and nonprofit management experience.
Jennifer brings an integrated and holistic set of models and learning to her coaching and consulting approach with deep insights on human behavior. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coach Federation and a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) specializing in ontological coaching. Jennifer received training from The Enneagram Institute, Enneagram Applications Georgia, and the Green Room. She is a certified Birkman Method Consultant as well as a certified Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams and DiSC Consultant. Jennifer is also a coach and facilitator of the Tiara Model of True Leadership with Lead True (formerly Tiara International). She is a certified Samapatti Yoga and mindfulness instructor and member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Through her work with SOLI, Jennifer has worked on team development and fostering thriving organizational cultures with New Mexico state agencies and multiple nonprofit organizations focused on social determinants of health and supporting native communities. Jennifer’s work in connecting individuals with their strengths and helping them become more effective paved the way for innovative development programs, leadership coaching, and an Integration Retreat (hosted in Taos) which was featured in the Leadership issue of Yoga Journal. Previously, Jennifer served as executive director of the American Marketing Association, Chicago and director of engagement for WOMMA. She is the recipient of the Miami University Women’s Leadership and Male Ally Award for her dedication to the empowerment and advancement of women. Jennifer is a mother of 3 children (ages 22, 20, 17) and is passionate about teaching and supporting people to see their unique gifts and talents.
