With more than 20 years of experience, Iris integrates Organizational Development, Conscious Leadership, Logotherapy, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Embodiment into transformational learning experiences that cultivate resilience, authenticity, purpose, and human-centered leadership.
She is the Founder of Shakti Leadership Israel and the creator of the Six Senses Leadership™ Framework—an innovative approach that connects the wisdom of the senses with meaning-centered leadership, enabling leaders to lead with greater awareness, presence, and purpose.
Iris is also a co-author of the Amazon bestselling book U Empath You, where she explores the transformative power of empathy, conscious leadership, and human connection.
She works with executives, leadership teams, organizations, educators, coaches, and change-makers across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Her clients include senior leaders from government, academia, healthcare, municipalities, the Israel Defense Forces, and global organizations.
