Lead True was founded as Tiara International LLC in 2009, a company originally designed intentionally for women’s leadership development. Over the past 15 years we found our approach to leadership development to be inclusive of and powerful for all gender identities. We welcome all people and companies to develop as Lead True leaders.

For us, leadership is having the awareness to make powerful choices based on what’s most important to you in your life and in your career. Anyone can lead in any situation they encounter regardless of role.
