With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, Bertjan has held leadership roles in international companies across the paper industry, including Stora Enso, DS Smith, and Newark Group, leading teams in nine countries. His background in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Paper Technology, and Psychology provides him with a well-rounded perspective on both technical and human aspects of business.
A transformative retreat in Lapland in 2011 led him to shift his career focus, inspiring him to start his own company as an interim manager and coach. Since then, he’s been making a difference in the paper and food industries, as well as in non-profit organizations.
