Time: 10am - 3pm CT
Location: Jennifer’s Family Fairyland in Crown Point, IN (1 hour from downtown Chicago)
Overview: Gather Share Reflect Intend Enjoy!
Fee: $75 for the full event
Attire: Comfortable for outside. Bring swimwear if you’d like to enjoy the pool!
Transportation: Our destination is approximately 1-hour south of Chicago in Crown Point, Indiana. Parking is available on or near the site. Unfortunately there is no train access to this destination.
Food: Non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and a light lunch will be provided. Please bring a water bottle. Feel free to bring your own beverages and your own food, if desired.

We will be a small group. At most, we will have 10 participants and 2 Lead True hosts to foster connection and community.

If it’s raining, we will be inside the Rock House on the property — and mud-appropriate footwear is advised!
If it’s dangerous weather conditions, we will transition to a Zoom session instead, refunding 50% of the fee.
We will make this decision by 5pm Central Time the night before.

You can cancel for a $65 refund up to 48 hours before the event. ($10 is the processing fee.)

This event takes place on a family property in Crown Point, IN. It is not accessible by train; arriving by car is needed.
There is free parking on and near the property.
The property is 1.5 acres of grass, gravel, and stone pathways with some stairs.
Please be prepared to walk on grass, dirt, gravel and in muddy terrain.

Please bring a water bottle to refill for water needs.
We will have healthy snacks, sparkling waters, and juices available.
Lunch will be a pasta and salad bar featuring gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options — with a wide variety of add-ons to meet a range of dietary needs nd preferences.

Favorite journal & pen
Water bottle
Comfortable footwear suitable for mud, dirt, grass, and gravel.
Any food or beverage not listed in the food FAQ that you will need during the day.
Swimsuit, towel, and coverup, if you’ll want to get in the pool at the end of the day (optional)

No, we will be choosing various locations seasonally, including Chicago metro and surrounding areas.

Lead True Coaches Betsy Sobiech & Jennifer Connelly are hosting an in-person gathering of our local Lead True community on Friday, June 26. This is an opportunity to come together, connect, reflect, and be intentional about your priorities for the summer season.
This will be an immersive experience that engages mind-body-spirit, while leveraging the summer season as part of our self-leadership practice. You will leave grounded, connected and inspired to act in service of what’s most important to you.
You are welcome if you are a Lead True coach, client, community member — or new to Lead True! We look forward to exploring our leadership practice as a community.
