If the answer is no, then a True Leadership Map is what you need. Work one-on-one with one of our certified Lead True Coaches to create an integrated plan for the next 12 months. This plan combines personal and career priorities into a one page view that acts as a compass for you.
During individual coaching sessions, you will identify (or refresh) your core values, callings, and strengths. You will clarify and affirm who you are as a leader. You will articulate your top priority outcomes in each area of your life.
The True Leadership Map will serve as your point of reference during the year ahead. It will keep you aware of the leader you are, in both your professional and personal life. It will remind you at any time and in any circumstance, how to lead in your own natural way, with ease and presence.
This one-on-one coaching session takes place either in one 4-hour session or is divided over two 2-hour sessions. This session can take place via video conference, phone, or in person, depending on your location.

The Find Your Direction with a True Leadership Roadmap is currently priced at $800.
