Kolbe Strengths Assessment and Debrief
The Kolbe A Index™ is an assessment that identifies striving instinct. More simply stated, the Kolbe assessment shows you how you naturally problem solve. This is critical for understanding strengths and appreciating other people’s problem - solving approaches to improve solutions.
The Strategic Attraction Plan (TM)
We’ll apply a simple, yet powerful 4-step method to clarify the results you desire. For this coaching engagement, you’ll be focusing on attracting your ideal next position. The 4-steps include:
1. Describing the qualities, characteristics and attributes of your ideal position
2. Identifying what makes you tick
3. Specifying what you want your perfect work relationship to expect from you
4. Declaring who you have to be to attract the next position you desire
Activate Your Network
We will be using The Influence Dashboard. This is is a practical tool for transforming limiting beliefs about networking, making your network visible and creating inspired actions to engage your network in a focused and effective way.
Lead True Virtual Programs
You will be invited to join the Lead True Community Circle in which you have the opportunity to participate in any Lead True virtual program. Your coaches will point you in the direction of what workshops and tools will be most supportive of your journey.
Program Pricing
Your individual coaching program is priced at $2200 and includes:
6 virtual coaching sessions led by your certified Tiara leadership coach
The Kolbe A Index (TM) online survey and debrief
Pivot coaching as needed from your coach during the program (email coaching or 10 - 15 minute calls)
