The Pajama Party for the Soul is a Lead True-inspired Women's Leadership Retreat, gathering women since 2012 to pause, reconnect with their essence, and recalibrate their direction, both in life and in leadership. Each woman arrives with her own quest and leaves with her own answers, along with a refreshed sense of purpose and energy for what's next.
This retreat is for women who know that a safe space, honest guidance, and a true sisterhood are what it takes to lead from wholeness and congruence, not depletion or overefforting. For example, your retreat will include:

When: April 8-12, 2027 (four nights; arrive Thursday, depart Monday)

Group Size: 16 participants
Investment: €1,250 (incl. VAT), for four nights, all meals, and full organization. Travel to and from Roc du Paradis is one’s own responsibility. We're happy to help with planning.
