Melissa Thornley

Emotional Intelligence Consultant and Leadership Coach

Melissa Thornley operates at the intersection of the left brain and right brain. Specializing in emotional intelligence and instinctive working styles, she delivers customized group and individual programming to organizations large and small. As the former Chicago Director of the Institute for Management Studies, she’s collaborated with talent and leadership departments of Fortune 500 companies on leadership initiatives to serve emerging leaders to senior level executives. Now she works with clients at her consulting firm to turn intangible concepts and into tangible outcomes for leaders of all levels.

 

Ilke Ercan, PhD

Associate Professor, Department of Microelectronics, Delft University of Technology, Netherlands

Since March 2021, Dr. Ercan works in the Electrical Engineering Education section in the Department of Microelectronics at TU Delft where she contributes to teaching of undergraduate courses, and development of homologation content of the Quantum Information Science & Technology (QIST) master’s programme. She is the IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group chair of BeNeLux section and one of the co-founders and academic advisors of Women+ in Engineering at TU Delft.

 

Lindsay Kinnally Wynne

Vice President Director, Talent Development, Digitas

Lindsay has about 15 years of experience with Digitas, a Publicis Groupe Company, where she specializes in Learning & Development and Talent Management.  Lindsay has extensive experience in solving for people and organizational issues in her various roles during her career. Lindsay continually encourages leaders to create cultures where business results are met by meeting the needs of clients,  employees, and the company - simultaneously.

 

Sydney Alderson, LCSW

Clinical Therapist at Thresholds

Sydney is a social worker at a large nonprofit based in Chicago where she works with members of the community who struggle with severe mental illness, providing them clinical therapeutic services. Sydney is a member of the Gen Z population who has had experience working on a few multigenerational teams in-person, hybrid, and completely virtually in a diverse range of industries.
