About how she has grown as a result of the program:

“My facilitating and coaching have changed as a result of the program. But it is more than just my coaching that has changed. 

On a personal level what has changed is that I think mostly I am truer to myself. I am more aligned with myself. Before the Tiara Model certification program, I did a lot of self-thinking, self-mastery and yoga but I think the program made me be really on my track. When I do things that are not true to myself, then I feel it in my body and I know it is not good for me.”

About what she loves about being part of the Tiara Community:

“ I have like 30 new best friends. All of them are so smart and so much like me, in a good way. I feel free to talk about everything, even though some of the women I have never met in person. It is really rare to have friends like them all over the world.”
