Egbert Bol, Chairman Electrical Engineering Education (EEE), Department of Microelectronics at TU Delft
Egbert Bol is Coordinating Principal Educator and chair of the EEE Section. Prior to this, Egbert held various positions in the Universities of Applied Sciences and TU Delft, both nationally and internationally, with the emphasis on enhancing the quality of education programs and creating an environment that strengthens study success. At Inholland University of Applied Science, he was Vice Dean responsible for financial and HR management of all twelve fields of study.
Suzanne Surface, Chief Services Officer, Customer Value at NiSource
Suzanne is responsible for enhancing NiSource’s efforts to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities for customers. She serves as the NiSource Executive Inclusion and Diversity Champion. She previously served as vice president of audit, where she was responsible for the company’s internal audit and risk management functions. During her previous tenure, the internal audit team expanded its focus on operational compliance, safety and reliability while growing the department’s reputation as a trusted advisor.
Jennifer Alter Warden, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President at Baird & Warner
Jennifer Alter Warden is the chief operating officer and executive vice president of Baird & Warner, a major independent real estate services company based in Chicago. Much of her focus during her 20+-year tenure has been to bring marketing and technology innovation to the 164-year-old fifth generation company, while perpetuating the cultural values that have driven its sustainability and rendered it the top workplace in Chicago.
Jennifer created the Baird & Warner Good Will Network, the company’s charitable initiative, which has donated more than $2.5 million to local organizations that provide shelter to women and children. She is on the board of Working in the Schools, and in addition to serving as vice president of IWF Chicago, is a member of Northwestern University’s Council of 100 and the Economic Club of Chicago.
