True Leadership Session on Clarity

Join us for this True Leadership Session! These bi-monthly virtual workshops allow you to connect with your community members and explore one of the six Lead True Leadership Dimensions in-depth and complete an exercise alongside one of our Leadership Development coaches.

After Acceptance comes Clarity. As leaders it is important to be clear on what we most desire and our intended outcomes.

Time and time again we see our clients struggle with creating and sharing a clear, compelling vision with others. They keep goals too small, afraid of failing or being judged. They overextend, stating outcomes that are unrealistic because they are trying too hard to be inspiring. They spin their wheels, looking for the "right" answer before taking action.

This session invites you to set aside 55 mins to refocus on your "why" to build momentum as you move towards your goals each day.
